Extended contracts for positions where extensions are authorized by Board action will be paid on a daily rate basis arrived at by dividing the individual employee's base contract salary by the number of work days in the contract for the appropriate budget year.

Building principals are to submit requests for additional days in their Education Plans. Once Education Plans are approved, extended contracts will be issued to the individuals involved.
