4068 Educational Support Personnel - Incidental Part-Time Employment

  • An employee may undertake, on an occasional basis and solely at the option of the employee, temporary part-time employment for the district in a different role from any capacity in which the employee is regularly employed for the district. Generally, the hours the employee works in performing the different employment will be excluded when calculating the hours for which the employee is entitled to overtime compensation.  Exceptions may be considered with Human Resources approval.
