4250 Determining Employee Qualification for Health Insurance Coverage

  • To ensure compliance with health care coverage requirements under the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), Campbell County School District has established enrollment qualifications for all employees. In addition, the District has established annual measurement and stability periods for determining how variable hour employees will be tracked and which employees are to be offered health care coverage should qualification be met.  Regulation 4250-R outlines how employee hours will be measured and tracked.
