Low carb diet, no carb diet, liquid diet, blood type diet... eat only while hopping on one foot diet- There have been countless "new and acclaimed" diets making headlines insisting that "this diet really works", trying to appeal and hook a new customer. We are often willing to try just about anything in hopes of losing weight, feeling better, or avoiding weight-related diseases. The creators of these diets take advantage of the fact that most people want a quick fix as they promise extreme results in very little time.
