Administration will develop and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of district owned and controlled parking lots to insure the safety and welfare of all persons using such facilities. Such control and enforcement many consist of, but is not limited to, issuing parking permits; punishing offenders of rules and regulations through warnings, restrictions or revocation of parking privileges, and/or levying fines; restricting or removing unauthorized vehicles; or involving law enforcement agencies.
